Nach dem Trennen mit dem Winkelschleifer habe ich die Kanten entgratet und ein Kantenschutzband drauf gedrückt.

In etwa so eines hier:

Absolut großartig. Was hast du auf die Schnittstellen gemacht? Ist das eine Gummidichtung, oder hast du das Metall gefaltet?

Das finde ich jetzt aber ganz große Klasse. Die Idee und vor allem die Umsetzung sind absolut super.

Dankeschön!
Das Blech ließ sich super leicht verarbeiten. Ich habe die beiden Bleche mit einer Lage Sperrholz gesägt.
Das dickste Metall auf der Säge waren bisher 4mm Messing. Da muss man schon Geduld haben. B)
